Paying for meals or
Viewing a Student's Balance or Purchase History
is easy and convenient.

All you will need is an email address and your student's ID number. If you do not have the ID number you can call your school office, the kitchen manager at your school or the food services office at 520-2924 to request the ID number.

Once you are registered with the Official payments web site you will be able to view the purchase history and current balance at no charge. You can also set your profile to be able to receive emails daily or weekly with balance information and purchases made.

Click Here to make a payment on your student's meal card (meal account) or see the account balance.

Or Call 1-866-896-7594

Please confirm that you see the "Official Payments" logo as seen here on the payment web site before making payment.

Click "Meal Prices" on the left for a handy table that you can use to help you compute the amount of your purchase.

Note:  All Pre-Paid Balances at the end of the year will carry over to NEXT school year.

All NSF checks will now be collected through CheckWay service.  CheckWay adds fees to this process.

NOTE: Charges will appear as Prepaid Lunch Program(800-859-6508)

(The payment must be made by midnight.)

MealPay requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or above, Netscape or Mozilla.

Credit Card Security
Each transaction is processed through a SECURE server connection, making every transaction safe from fraud. Credit Card Numbers or request for credit card information is never sent through email.  Notice: All transactions are processed through SECURE servers.  Please confirm that you see the "Official Payments" logo on the payment web site as seen above before making a payment.  Please contact us at 719/520-2924 with any difficulties.

A small $1.50 service fee is added to the total transaction.  There is a $20.00 minimum deposit.  (The deposit may be applied to one student or multiple students.)

The service fee is charged by the banking process.  Rather than have School District 11 pay this fee.  It is charged to the customer for the "convenience", much like online purchases of "event" tickets (e.g. concerts, sporting events, theater, etc.).

Student Changes
You must have the correct Student ID number for your student.  Your student's ID number can be obtained from the student report card, on their schedule, by contacting your school, or by contacting the LRS-Records department.
