Computer Lab Availability: To find out is there is
a computer lab available at the IT building next to central administration.

Where can I check out a laptop? We recommend
that you check with your school. Charlee Archuleta already
managed to do this with her school. Heather Mills said she checked one
out from LRS...from Jeannette Dandurand. It couldn't have been easier, and
she gets to keep it until school starts up again in August. If you are unable to and still
need a laptop or use of a school computer you can make arrangements with HESP at Audubon Elementary by e-mailing Nawana Britenriker

What is
Understanding by Design? A model of a learning
experience that incorporates the curriculum design and
assessment concepts found in Understanding by Design,
authored by Grant Wiggins and Jay McTighe. It explains what
it means for a learner to truly understand, so the
curriculum and assessments teachers design can effectively
focus on enhancing each student's understanding. The
training is a 16 hour bcclended model of professional
development. All content and resources are available online,
but only 12 of the 16 hours involve face-to-face team
